Tables with mix of numerals and 0 or —

      Any suggestions for alignment of numerals & non-numbered items in a Table?
      For example:

      123 58 198
      — 101 —
      0 305 89

      I understand setting the tabs and/or setting the cell indents, but what works for the numbers right aligned or right aligned on decimal, does not produce a nice visual. I work with tables that often have many columns and rows with such mix of numbers and either “0” or “–“. Love to hear what might be suggested to speed up the process of making nicely aligned columns.

      oops, forgot to mention that the tables are being brought in from Word and/or Excel into InDesign CC 2015.
