Lost text anchors in index

      I’ve lost some text anchors in my indb file that I’ve exported to epub3.
      I’m reworking print files to make them more readable as epub. I can see the anchors in hidden characters.
      Some of the links work in epub3, but many (300+) don’t.
      The pagination changed for my epub version.
      Is there a way to update the lost links?
      Thanks, in advance, for any help.
