lost rsrc data

      Has anyone experienced random lost rsrc data (resource fork) when saving an InDesign 6 file locally?
      We are using CS6, Mac Snow Leopard (10.6.8) primarily. Our asset management system is dependent upon mac resource fork data to display file thumbnails and previews and maintain file and element associations.
