Black type from EPS file not showing in InDesign

      Hi,
      I have this small problem with an EPS file containing black (or any color) type, not showing when placed in InDesign?!

      If I outline it, it will show. If I convert it to AI, it will show. So, problem solved. :)

      But it’s eating me inside…why????
      I’ve tried, with overprinting, knocking out, changing colors, re-typing… Result is always the same, vector art would show, type wouldn’t.

      I just wanted to ask if anyone had a problem like this, with EPS file?
      Could it be a new CC2015 setting that I missed? Because, when I tried this with CS5.5, it works!

      I would upload the screen shot but I couldn’t find that option here.
