Creating Templates

      I have created templates for clients for a few years now. Some brochures, newsletters, and other fairly short documents. I try to create them as flexible as possible but I still see some of them fall apart some time after handing them over.

      How do you setup your templates to make them as flexible and easy to use as possible?
