    I’m getting two TOCs showing up in my epub document.THis is IndesignCC to epub. One is just TOC and the other is Landmarks. It is comprised of a lot of chapter hyperlinks.

    I find if I create a separate one page TOC.innd in my book panel, load my cursor with the generated epub style and flow it into that TOC.indd THEN export the book from the book panel I get the two TOCS – the landmarks and the standard TOC.

    If however I save the created TOC style to an individual book doc, do not flow the TOC into any document, but go straight to export epub, I do NOT get the landmarks.

    Question: I’m assuming this is expected behaviour?
    Question 2: Is there any way you can style this run-on series of hyperlinks which otherwise look pretty messy.
