Adonit Announces New Pricing on Adobe Ink and Slide

Now that Adobe has released Adobe Comp CC for iPad, InDesign users have a whole new way to rough out a layout while riding on a subway (“Underground” if you live in London), bus, or airplane. While Comp and the other Adobe mobile apps work quite well using Fat Finger Input, they work even better with a pen. And what better pen than the one Adobe created in collaboration with Adonit: Adobe Ink. Its companion, Slide, is a combination of ruler, French curve template, and shape tool that’s also a major advance on fingertips.
The original $200+ asking price was a bit steep for many people, though. But now that barrier has come down, thanks to a steep price drop that Adonit announced back in January. The link takes you to an Adonit blog post announcing the price drop, complete with a short video showing the tools in action, as well as links to some useful “How To” content.
