      Hey guys, new to InDesign and looking for help!

      I am making a fillable PDF forms that will be used in Acrobat Reader (most current version) by the final user. The forms have multiple pages that have redundant information (they get filled in, printed and sent to multiple departments in slightly varied fromats.) Is it possible in InDesign (or Acrobat Pro) to make the redundant fields repeat on the following pages instead of having to re-type or re-check every field?

      I’m strong in just about everything Adobe EXCEPT InDesign so I’m getting beat…just trying to help a someone out and this is the last issue I have to conquer! So far Google and forum searches have got me by but this one has nothing…

      Using CS6 if that’s needed info.

      Try Adobe LiveCycle Designer. I have created forms for logging events such as each time a system is calibrated, etc. The form is dynamic in that, as more events are added, additional lines are added until an overflow condition adds an additional page. Some of these forms are several pages long.
