    I’m searching a best FREE reader for Android tablet can read and use a interactive EPUB3 Fixe layout?

    The interactivity (button/animation) work on Ipad with ibook but doesn’t work on android (google book reader).

    I just need to distribute in internal for 10 people.

    I would try the free version of Mantano Reader (other options: free version of Aldiko, or Bluefire Reader). Mantano has a ‘bookstore’ to EPUB3 sample files which you can try out and compare (I didn’t see any interactive epub there though). All of these apps use Adobe RMSDK which apparently does support interactive features.

    Try InfinityReader from Google Play https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.imeonsoft.infinity

    The reader supports audio, video, scripts and all EPUB3 features. The reader comes with a free book, which contains youtube video.
    You can download a lot of free books from the reader.

    I have found Readium to be quite good with fixed layout

    Please try “Gitden Reader” should work fine for basic animation and interactivities.
