    Whenever I am making a Fillable text field in InDesign is there a way to set up the font that will be output when it is exported to a PDF. Recently I have just had to open the PDF and change it manually on all the text fields. Is it defined in the object?? Which you then define the paragraph style?? Sorry if there is another topic on this elsewhere I searched and didn’t see anything.

    There is no good way to do this in InDesign. However, if you need to do a lot of this, you’ll want this commercial add-on: https://www.id-extras.com/products/formmagic
