Still using CS2 and having problems since upgrading to Windows 7

When working in InDesign CS2 with Windows XP, I could view files at 200% and above and everything would be clear on the screen. Now all of my placed art is fuzzy/bitmappy anywhere above 100%. I work for a newspaper, and before I was able to tell if there was a problem with a linked ad (usually a pdf) because it would look funny when viewed large. Now everything looks funny! I am pretty sure that InD is the only program that has this issue…Acrobat views the exported pages and they are perfectly clear no matter how large I view them. And I have no problems in Photoshop.

I have the “Display Performance” default setting at “High Quality Display”, but that is the only setting that I know to change within the InD program.

      Any ideas?

Is it possible that my new PC just doesn’t like working with this ancient version of CS?

I’m not sure, as I’m on a Mac. But so far as I know CS2 in Windows 7 is not supported, and a lot of people had a problem even installing it. Good luck.
