      Hi,
I’m fairly new to InDesign & learning as I go – I’ve just had to downgrade from CC to CS4 and the little arrow to the left of my layer in the “Layers” heading in my document that I could use to show/hide all the items on the page is not there in CS4!

So all I can see under “Layers” is Layer 1 which is everything in the magazine I’m editing – I want to see the individual items as I did in CC so I can show/hide these?

      Thanks

Nope, that was a new feature in CS5 I think.

Thanks for the reply. Oh really? That explains why I can’t find it – shame as it seems such a useful and an obvious feature to have taken so long to add.

Well, to be fair, CS4 was released six years ago, and CS5 five years this coming spring.
