Stroke alignment in tables

      Hi,
      I am new around here. I am building a doc in Indesign CS6, but I am having a small issue that I am not being able to fix. I could not find a solution for this, that is why I am here to ask you all for your expertise.

      I have a table with a head row thick stroke. Some body rows have light fill. I cannot align the stroke of the first rows with the fill. Basically, I need to change the first rows stroke alignment to “inside”, but that option is not available.
      I can imagine that this is a very simple thing to solve, but I failed to find a solution.
