Following the successful launch of CORONADO® SST, Neenah Paper is expanding its digital portfolio to include additional cut-size items in the company’s CLASSIC CREST® and CLASSIC® Linen brands. These digital offerings will be featured at the Neenah booth at the 2008 ON DEMAND show on March 4 to 6. The company has also entered the CORONADO® SST Text and Cover promotion for ‘Best in Show’ award in the Substrates category at ON DEMAND.
The new precision cut sizes of CLASSIC CREST (18×12 Cover) are stocked and ready for immediate shipment. The new CLASSIC Linen items (12×18 Text and 18×12 Cover) will be available in the second quarter of 2008. Several items in the digital lineup are certified by the Rochester Institute of Technology for either HP Indigo™ or Kodak Nexpress, to ensure high print fidelity and runnability.
According to Pam Hill, Brand Manager for Neenah Paper, the incredible versatility of Neenah’s digital papers is a key differentiator that many customers prefer. The same premium uncoated brands that offer outstanding performance in traditional offset applications also provide equal performance in today’s digital applications, too.
“Feedback from the marketplace tells us that many print shops appreciate being able to use the same papers in both the digital and offset platforms,” Hill says. “Instead of stocking an overwhelming number of offerings, print shops need only to carry the leading Neenah brands.
