    Hi, I just finished creating a PDF book for a client. I designed it in InDesign on a PC but the client uses a Mac; usually not a problem. However, when he views the PDF that I sent him with the default Mac viewer, the hyperlinks do not work. The hyperlinks work fine in Adobe Reader on both the PC and Mac.

    Any idea why the hyperlinks don’t work in the default Mac viewer?

    That is very odd, actually. Hyperlinks are the one thing that usually do work well in Mac Preview. However, Preview is notorious for causing problems. I always recommend people use Acrobat Reader instead.
