I hope someone can lead me in the right direction. I have a booklet of 8 pages, not a long document, but full of artwork and photos. Two of the photos are photoshop files, with layer masks for the background to be transparent on layer above the solid background color pantone reflex blue. Sounds simple right? If I do a straight export to a pdf which I have been doing to send the client a proof all the photos, text, artwork are in place, everything is as it should be.

Now, I have the booklet approved. I go to the print booklet dialogue and make a postscript file using the adpdf9.ppd then to pdf and the two photos are missing, just a white space where they should be. I have tried a flattener preset to just the spread with no help. The pdf created is to flat 1.3 2001/xa.

      Any help would be appreciated!
