Indesign placing both file, and texbox with filename?

      Not sure what I changed to cause this.

      When I place any basic graphic I get the graphic as usual,
      and then cursor is loaded with the filename of the graphic.
      Which I can place or cancel by pressing escape.

      Some option I enabled somewhere?

      “Create Static Captions”, at the bottom of the Place dialog box, does this if selected.
      Useful tip if you do need the filename though!
