exporting separate XML files from one InDesign doc

      If I want to create separate XML files for different stories within the same InDesign document, how would I go about doing that? It seems that exporting to XML from the document only gives you one XML file – it uses all tagged content in the document. The only way I know to make separate XML files is to tag each story one at a time, which is even more cumbersome than copying and pasting each story into separate InDesign documents. Are there any other options here?

      Also… I see there is an option in the export dialog box that says “Export From Selected Element” but it’s grayed out when I select either elements in the structure pane or elements on the page. I thought this would be the solution…

      Oh. Never mind. I figured it out: you can only select one story tag at a time. Easy fix… I just create a parent tag for the whole portion I want exported -_-
