Multiple threading text frames on a master page

      Hi

      I am working on a book now that is fairly complicated and in-design does not seem to be cooperating.
      The book is right to left with 3 different text threads.
      right top is original hebrew
      left top is english translation
      and below there will be another text frame on both pages of the spread for the commentary which includes footnotes.

      When I add the third text frame to my master page (and thread it to the correct text frame on the facing page) this does not come up on my pages with that master applied. The first 2 pages will have the text frame in the correct place and then the rest of the book just flows into the margins totally overlapping my hebrew and english translation.

      Any ideas what I’m doing wrong? Am I being clear? This is pretty super frustrating :(
