I am trying to create what will eventually be a company directory; however, I am running into issues with InDesign. I am not fluent with this program, and I have been trying to figure things out as I go. The problem I am encountering is that when I merge my data with the document it puts a large apace between the rows. For instance, the first two entries will be in their correct locations and then the next set of entries will almost be at the bottom of the page of the document. This continues for however many sets of data entries I have. I have tried messing with the margin settings in the Multiple Records settings and I couldn’t seem to fix it by doing anything there.

Also, since this will eventually be a printed directory it should really have facing pages; however, the multiple records per page option doesn’t work with facing pages. At least it did not do it when I tried.

Thank you for your time reading this, and thanks in advance for any advice!
