Is there a easy way to add all the colors from a Pantone library, to small boxes

      I need to create a document with small boxes/swatches with all the colors from one of the Pantone libraries.
      Under each box there should be a text with the color value for that specific box.

      Does anyone know if there is a easy way, a script or something, to do this?
