Stroke issue in InDesign tables

      Hi, I am having and issue with strokes in InDesign tables. The base horizontal stoke of cells sometimes extends across the vertical strokes and sometimes doesn’t. Can anyone tell me what this issue is. I have a pdf visual of it but I don’t know how to get it onto this forum. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks
