Finding Someone to Write Scripts

      I need to hire someone to write specific InDesign scripts for me, and I am having a hard time doing that. The MultiPageImporter comes close to what I need, but isn't quite complete. I approached some local web design companies thinking they'd have someone on staff who knows JavaScript enough to write me some ID scripts, but they don't seem to understand what I'm needing from them. Any thoughts on how I might get this accomplished?
