How do I create links between each of the different headings in one Indesign CS5 file (originating) to the corresponding article in another ID CS5 file (product). The finished product will be pdf files where the originator file will be sent to our mailing list and probably opened on mobile phones while the product file will be a complete 12 page newsletter uploaded on to our website.

I've done a search and was unable to find anything but could have missed it as I'm new to ID. Thanks for your help.

I've just created a separate file for my mobile and am unable to find any hyperlinks that will allow me to create a link to another file. :(

The Cross-references panel (in hyperlinks) lets you create cross-document x-refs… it can be a little clunky and slow at times if there are a lot of them. I usually recommend having all the documents open at the same time when you're doing this.
