    Okay, I'll take the bait. What is a cyclic flash?

    Is it something one could reasonable expect being possible in InDesign, or is it more something like “how do i do my accounting using only indesign”, or “how to learn leather carving using indesign”?

    Are you trying to build an HTML page? Or PDF? Or SWF/Flash?

    You can use the Animation panel inside InDesign to make something appear and disappear, or animate in various ways.

    I have tried many variants – badly at me it turns out. Can at you there are concrete variants or a lesson.

    Select the text frame with “Made with InDesign” in it and then set the Animation panel like this, wiht the Appear present and the Loop checkbox on:

    You can select more than one animation at a time in the Timing panel and link them together so they play at the same time.
