Creative Cloud InDesign won't open

      InDesign was working fine and I was designing an epub. I tried to open an existing file and was told it was corrupt. I tried to open a new file and InDesign crashed. After various efforts with no success, I uninstalled and reinstalled. InDesign would not open at all. Other Adobe sw opens without problems.

      I deleted all InDesign files and plug-ins, rebooted and reinstalled again. I still cannot open InDesign. I get the same message as previous attempts – InDesign quit unexpectedly.

      Any thoughts on how to get InDesign to work?

      Did you try rebuilding the Preferences file?
