      Hi Everyone,

I'd like to create a list where the “title” of the line is aligned to the right and after the colon the rest of the text is left aligned. I thought I was succeeded but then these lines came and my trick wasn't working there. The second line is not in line with the first one even though I put an “indent to here” character there. Could you please help me? What am I doing wrong?

Here's the tab setting (it's in a paragraph style):

      Thanks a lot in advance!

This is the way I would do it, using a hanging indent. I would set up the tabs (yes, in a paragraph style) like this:

      tab settings

This would result in your paragraphs (OK, I used a different font) looking like this:

      paragraphs

You could use character styles and nested styles to make the title bold and italic.

      Hope that helps.

      Hello Furry,

Thank you sooo much! This solves my problem and I don't even have to use an “indent to here” character. I'm still a bit confused about using tabs and indents the right way but I'm going to go further into it.

Thanks again, have a nice day.
