Hyperlinks in book pdf link to individual files, not book file

      I am making a large book with multiple chapters. I have hyperlinks from one chapter to another throughout the book. When I export an interactive pdf, the hyperlink takes you out of the book.pdf and to the originating pdf document, thus closing the book.pdf. Does anyone know how to work around that? I don't watn the book.pdf to close.

      I will say that I HATE making hyperlinks from one InDesign document to another. They are notoriously terrible and troublesome. One idea: make sure all the InDesign documents are open when you make the hyperlink and when you make the PDF. Or, better yet, if you can put all the InDesign documents into a single INDD file, you're likely to be happier in the long run.
