Merging colour swatches in indesign CS6 script

      Hi – I have a script that is programmed to change 10 RGB colours imported from word to specific CMYK values. But I end up with 2 of the same colours in my swatch pallette. names C=45 M=50 Y=30 K=30 and C=45 M=50 Y=30 K=30_2 I need these 2 CMYK values to merge into 1 automatically. Can anyone help me? is there another swatch ,merging script i can use?

      If the script is Applescript try :

      tell application id “com.adobe.InDesign”

      tell active document

      delete swatch “C=45 M=50 Y=30 K=30_2” replacing with swatch “C=45 M=50 Y=30 K=30”

      end tell

      end tell

      m.
