Place Multiple Page PDF (via Place command)

      Hi, I want to place a range of pdf pages: for example: 1-100, i tried with MultiPagePDF.jsx script but there's no option for the range of the pages, the script will place all the pages of the file with one click.

      On the otherhand i tried with place command with Show Import Option & Create Static Caption on, when i select my range pages and click OK indesign place pages one by one i mean click, click, click and that's very tedious. I press down ALT (option) key and indeign place all pages with one click but alas on the same page (page 1).

      Is there's work around for this issue?

      Is modifying your PDF out of the question? For things like this I usually delete off the unneeded pages and save as a separate file, then import.

      edcrossman, thanks for your reply, but i mean place multiple range of pdf pages withiin the Place command & Create static caption with one click.
