Your “shiny effects” on the text are raster (pixel-based) effects. Exporting them to a vector-based format like EPS will not make the pixels into vector lines. Moreover, EPS is dead—or almost.

Back to your problem: I would do gert's suggestion and save your photoshop file as a pdf and send it to print. Or better yet, go to another printer.
