    I would like to set up a keystroke to easily insert text I use often. I would like to retain the paragraph style and formatting of the text upon insertion. Currently I find the previous use of the text and copy and pasting it. Very inconvenient

    It seems there should be some way of automating it. Maybe by script…

    I appreciate your input.

    There are many utilities for doing this, such as TextExpander, of course.

    But InDesign also has Auto-Correct, which can help:
