    I'm using CSS5.5. I successfully created a mobi for the Kindle.

    What I haven't been able to do is get the ePub file I generated for the iPad to show the cover as the “first page”. What happens is you see the cover on the “book shelf” but when you open the book, the cover quickly opens and the “first page” is the title page, which I suppose is the way it is supposed to be, but is there a way for the cover to be shown first, and then the page turned to the title page?

    I've tried both the second and third option for the cover in the Export to ePub box. I also tried inserting a page before the title page with the cover on it, but got 2 pages of cover for some reason.

    Also, rasterizing is reducing the size of the cover.
