(How) Should I contact Adobe for a problem with my ACE exam?

      I took the InDesign ACE exam yesterday and had at least one problem with the exam—one question called for two answers to be checked, but because there were radio buttons instead of check boxes, I could only select one response. I let the test administrator know and sent an email to PearsonVUE about the problem. Are there any other steps I could be taking, like contacting Adobe?

      Unfortunately I failed the exam and may have only missed it by one question (got a 65%). So, no matter what, I'm taking that bad boy again.
