Linking within documents in a book

      Hello to all!

      I am currently making a smallish eBook and have been trying to do links between documents within the book file. I had previously done this in an eBook that I did in InDesign CS2. However, after being completely unsuccessful in CS5, I did some searching around the web. My searching seemed to indicate that my problem may be the result of a bug in InDesign CS5, but most of the references are from 2010.

      My question(s) is/are:

      1. Is this a bug related to linking between documents?

      2. If it is a bug in InDesign CS5, would I be better off making links in the final PDF file?

      3. Again, if it is a bug in InDesign CS5, has this issue been resolved in CS 5.5?

      Thanks to any and all who can shed some light on this issue.
