OK I tried again & tick the Facing pages option & all pages shifted a little but it worked. The client doc has odd & weird bleeds. I draw some guides that helped me to position everything in the correct place. Thanks Eugene :-)

Im still curious why if I need to paste the contents into another doc. why I'm getting the pink highligthed text if the fonts are loaded in the font manager
