InDesign CS5 Dictionary definition list

      Hi all,

      Can anyone tell me how to get a list of all the definitions in an InDesign dictionary. I run a medical agency studio in Australia, I know InDesign has a USA Medical dictionary (found out this morning) but need our copywriters to have a look at the definitions to see if it's suitable for us, otherwise I'll have to start looking at alternatives.

      I'm open to alternative ideas as well.
