    Hi,

    I have searched the internet and many forums but I still cant address the issue I am having with the page numbering on InDesign.

    I am new to Indesign, and in the middle of creating a document. I have created my master pages, and I have the page numbers sorted. But the problem I have is that I want my current page 4 to be page 1. The preceding 4 pages I have already 'overidden' the master page, but I can't get the fourth page to display 'Page 1', remains at Page 4.

    I am sure this is something simple, but I have gone through many things on the internet already and I cant seem to get it to work.

    Can someone please advise me how best to do this please, I am worried now that my document maybe corrupt, hence why it does not number correctly.

    Layout -> Numbering & Section options: Start Page Numbering at: <insert the page number desired>
