Document, corrupted?

      I am translating a document that has 272 pages. At page 138, after deleting a note, the colored circle that shows that is doing something, started winking and whatever I did to it got terribly slow answering. I thought that that document got corrupted but I opened the copy and the same thing, I opened the one I had in the memory stick, the same thing. Then I thought the program had a problem, but there is no problem with any of the other documents of CS5!

      Please, HELP!
