Page numbers changing from outer to inner corners when printed!

      I have four chapters in my book, all automatically numbered. Problem: onscreen the page numbers look perfect–upper outer corner placement. However, when I print booklet they revert to the upper INNER corners. Help? Chapter 1 comes out perfectly, but 2-4 are wrong.

      Just a thought . . . If chapter 2 is supposed to begin on a right page but chapter 1 ends on a right page, when you print the lot together, chapter 2 will be forced to begin on a left page. If this is the problem, you need to insert a blank page at the end of chapter 1.

      Or have I misunderstood you?
