      Hi,

I am trying to create a multipage document in InDesign CS5 and then export it as an interactive PDF. I want to put an MP3 audio file in it and want it to be played as a background music during the PDF is opened. The problem is that the audio plays only on the page where I put it (i put it on page 1 so the file automaticall starts playing when PDF is opened). But it stops when I go to any other page and start playing from the beginning every time I return to page 1.

How to make it play continuously no matter what page I am looking at?

      Thanks a lot.

I tried many different ways but it won't work, there's no solution to find on google too. It's a pity.

I hope InDesign will be more powerful in the future when it comes to interactive pdf's

I have finally found some solution – i must export the interactive PDF with the MP3 inserted on the first page. Then I open it in Acrobat, here rightclick on the music element, and in the dialog choose “open in floating window” (and specify the width + height of this window, which can be also 1×1 pixel, if you want it to be very small). I use 301×34 pixels – it creates a fine player icon over my PDF.
