Is it possible to change the way the effective ppi displays in the link info? For example, I can read Actual ppi as 300 (one number) but under Effective for the same image, it's reading as 315 x 268. Is there any way to get it to read the same way as the Actual (as one number rather than two)? The file is a tiff image, but other tiff images display as just the one number for effective, so I'm not sure how to change that? Any ideas out there?

Your image is scaled out of proportion — it's horizontally less than vertically (there are more horizontal pixels per inch than vertically, so it's squeezed).

      Check your scale percentages.
