Need some help. Tyring to build layout for a financial report. Each report will have 1)data block with company name, stock symbol and price 2) one or two line headline 3) two to three paragraphs of text and 4) large graph…I cant seem to get a nice layout which correctly accents the company information and has enough space around the headline. . I tried putting the information block at top left, the paragraphs directly below and then the headline and graph towards the right side.

Doesn't seem to be working….. Any tips would be appreciated

Sometimes it works better if you draw it out on paper first. Sit down with the copy and sit down with blank pages. Work out on paper the best way to display the data – then input that to the computer.

Impossible to give any other advice without knowing what the copy is and what size page you're working with.

And use a pencil, so you can change stuff easily! :-)
