I've created a document in Indesign CS4 with crossreferences and hyperlinks. If I export the document in pdf, I make a form document. But I don't want it. I don't know where the issue come from. Any ideas?

I'm not sure what you mean by “form document.” Do you mean you do not want the hyperlinks to function? If you use Export > PDF (Print) , then turn off Hyperlinks and Bookmarks, then it should be a normal (no hyperlinks) pdf.

I want to keep my hyperlinks and my crossreferences. But I created a form with fields when I exported in pdf. Now, I have this message: “Please fill out the following form. If you are a form author, chosse Distribute Form in the Forms menu to sent it to your recipients.” All of my interactives elements are “fields” now. But I don't need “fields” but other interactive elements like cross references, button, etc.

      Thanks in advance,

      Alice

Oh, that might not be a “real” form. InDesign cannot create real forms like that. I've seen the alert you mentioned, and I think it may be a bug in Acrobat. I don't know why it would insist there is a form there, when there is not.

I'll try to find the bug in Acrobat. Thanks.
