IDC3 Mathtype issue

      The problem I'm getting when using eps files from mathtype, some characters in the equations are appearing artificially bold in pdf. When I check in Illustrator, the same chracter is duplicated but it is a single character when we open the eps file & check in mathtype.

      Any suggestion regaridng this would be helpful..
