How to control master text frame – only on odd pages?

      I’m about to create a document with fixed print on even pages, and a two column text on odd pages. This always used to work out in earlier version of ID, but in ID5 I just can’t figure out how to make the app accept no master text frame on even pages.

      I would really like to add a second chain through the document, but this is not really vital at this stage.

      Any good advice out there?

      After several tests, in the end I found that there must be a “inner” margin separating the master text box from the spine. If this is set to 0, ID will assume that there somehow should be a master text box on both even and odd pages.

      Kind of a bug, if you ask me…
