I made a two rounded corner object in InDesign CS4 document using pen tool and when I opened the same file in InDesign CS5 that particular shape distorted. For example it was a strip in which i made two corners from right side. I also tried to create an object style for it but again it was not showing in proper shape in CS5. One of the below corner converted into straight shape and the upper one lost its shape.

Not sure about CS4 to CS5… that seems like it should not have changed.

However, there was a big change from CS3 to CS4 with rounded corner tricks: https://creativepro.com/cs4…..rently.php

      Hi David,

Thanks for quick response. One thing i would like to let you know that when i create the pdf from InDesign CS4 of the same document and place that particular page in InDesign CS5 document i don't get even the exact shape i created there in InDesign CS4. So in both conditions (openign CS4 file in CS5 and placing the CS4 PDF in CS5) same problem (Path distortion) is arising. That is quite amazing to me. Could you please sort it out.

      Many Thanks!

That sounds even stranger. I wonder if your copy of InDesign is corrupted? Or something is wrong with your screen? I cannot think of what the problem could be.
