Help with Auto Page Numbering/Printing

      Hello, I'm using Adobe InDesign 2.0. I have auto page numbering set up in my master sheet and it seems to be working fine on screen. If I conver to a pdf, it keeps the page numbers just fine, but if I print the document I get “Page A” on a bunch of pages. Where I am running into a problem solving this on my own, is that it doesn't happen on ALL of the pages…but they are all using the same master! I only have one master for the document and it is used on all but the front and back covers (catalog). Can someone tell me what I might be doing wrong? Thanks! – Jackie

      Hm. Are you exporting the master pages, by some chance? Are you really using version 2.0? Or CS2? Either way, make sure you have gotten the newest free update available.

      I'm really using 2.0 :) this happened last year when I created a catalog and I could have sworn there was a setting somewhere that I changed to fix. I use InDesign rarely so I haven't memorized everything. Maybe I should re-do the auto text box in my master….
