More problems exporting ePub from InDesign

      Hello,

      Has anyone had the situation where whole pages and sections of a document aren't included in the exported ePub? This is what's happening to me.

      This is in CS4.

      I have split my document up into separate documents for the different chapters and have created an InD book and put them all in there. Half of all the pages are blank. I have tried exporting them individually and they usually work.

      I was thinking it's maybe because I have a lot of external hyperlinks in this document but it happens with chapters that are text only.

      I also still have this error in ADE: On Item Info in ADE I get Error E_PKG_ENCRYPTION_XML_NO_RESOURCE

      Is there an easier way of making ePubs? Or, is there something about documents that usually causes problems with ePubs? Fonts? Images? PSDs?
