I've got a manual that I've imported from a Word document. I cannot figure out how to delete a page. I go to the pages panel and click on the page to delete it. It deletes the a page, but not the one I wanted…its still there….

Its an intro page that I don't want anymore. But its seemingly attached to all the other pages. If I delete say page 1, the page and content stay…it appears to be deleting the last page in the doc…not the content/page I want to delete. How do I seperate it and get rid of it so that page 1 is gone and page 2 becomes page 1.

      thanks!

You should delete the text using the text selection tool.

All your Text Frames are threaded, so when you delete a page the text keeps running through the frames.

Delete the text you want to remove. Go to the end of the document to where the black page is and remove the blank page.

Thanks!!! I highlighted the text and deleted, however, there was no blank page at the end. So I went to the next page and placed the text cursor and used Backspace to move text to the previous page (from which I just deleted the text from). Everything followed suit.
